I just installed the Precision NXT turbo and am waiting for my tune revisions from PD tuning. I took it upon myself to order the Mishimoto Aluminum radiator for added summer time cooling security. I have a base Mustang so, my radiator is the the small one. I have never had an overheating...
Or the block. It's a thin casted open deck design, with very little ribbing around cylinders 2 and 3 on the turbo side. That's not to say that it can't make or take power though.
I would say 410 at the crank with a perfect tune and maintenance. Typically most engines can easily handle 100 more hp over stock. Obviously, the engine would have to be in tip top condition in order to handle more, but you would be playing Russian roulette imo. I would love 400whp and I am sure...
For inquiring minds. I decided to take the Mustang to test n tune last night at Pacific Race ways. I was only able to get a few passes in due to not having a helmet.
Best pass was a 13.39 at 108 ish with a 2.1 60ft on stock 18" tires.

I plan on upgrading to a larger turbo with port injection soon from Stratified. Port injection with direct injection will be freaking awesome. I can't wait to see what Ford brings to the Ecoboost. I am thinking they will update the fuel system only to down size the engine. Just watch! LAME...
