Lol, the whole reason I got the Mustang was to "keep it stock" and enjoy it. Next thing I know I have twin turbos lol. Still miss my dsm though, trapped 145 in that guy and beat up on Mustangs all the time in my earlier years haha.
Unfortunately to get that airflow it puts the kit out of reach for a lot of people. Not everyone has the skills or access to a shop to make a custom 5" to 3.5" exhaust that weaves through their suspension. Awesome kit no doubt and I love how clean that engine bay is.
Could go old school and get one of the co2 intercooler spray bars lol. If you still have the stock grill that is definitely covering up a fair amount of your intercooler. I ran a 10.2 @140 a few weeks ago and my iat went from 90 to 109. This is with no grill and a boost works 4.5" intercooler.
I ordered some Comp CX3 6062 3.0 oil less turbos. Comp answered the phone on the first ring and the tech guy talked with me for a good 20 minutes or so. So far the customer service has been great. Tried calling Pte multiple times and no answer or call back.
So I want to upgrade from my PTE 5976 journal bearing turbos to Comp oil less turbos. I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about the new Comp 3.0 oil less turbos? I'm still on the stock engine so I'm not looking to go too huge, I mainly want to get rid of the scavenge pump setup for...
I have the same issue. Just pulled my plugs and found one with a cracked ceramic insulator. I run NGKs. I have new ones on the way and I'm hoping that solves my PO300 issue.
Hi, I am looking for a source of 12v power only when the engine is running. I don't want it to have power when I hit the ignition button but don't start the car. It's for a turbo scavenge pump so I don't want it pumping if I happen to have the ignition on but engine not running.
Does anyone...
I was able to get to that with a long extension and swivel from the bottom. I just had to slightly bend the ac line out of the way. But once you do that it's very easy to reach from the bottom.
