You have an expert tuning your car, and a well respected tuner operating the dyno.
We have E85 here in Canada. Just get barrels brought in. Or run 94.
You are looking at $20K and up for a turbo build if running 94.
You need tires (1800+), clutch (900+), Injectors ($1200+), fuel system (1400+)
All your mods needed to support the turbo kit (and meet your goals) are going to...
The FIRST mustang type car I ever rode in was an 83 Mercury Capri with the interceptor 5.0

To attain that on 93/94 octane, your biggest issue is going to be heat.

Ported heads, camshafts and a great tune.
Even with the above, I wouldn't risk it for longevity sake without a water meth kit with multiple failsafes.

I have a magnaflow comp axle back and added an H-Pipe last year.
I haven't heard an S550 on the road yet that sounds as deep.

I feel that they stick better than MPSS.
Corners are unbelievable.
