Is it a must to run on 91 ?

Bought new covers from Levittown Ford and had them painted. The only reason they were changed to black, was due to a F - head that starched my passenger side mirror cover and gave me the opportunity to try something new. I have the old covers, but not sure the body shop can take out the gouges...

Black mirror covers.

Picked up the mirror covers on 10/11 and let them sit inside and cure. The body shop stated "let cure for 30 days, if you can". Installed them on the car last weekend and now just getting around to post a picture. What do you think? I probably would have not completed this upgrade if someone...

Broke the little plastic clip that holds one of the hoses on the air intake. See picture below. Anyone know a part number or where I could buy one? Using a zip tie in it's place.

Called Surprise Ford and they gave the name and number where they get all there work done at Fix Auto Collision. Dropped off the mirror covers and quoted painted w/ 2 coats of clear and baked $119.05. Pricey, but sounds like they will do a good job.

Just received my FedEx package containing the mirror covers. Took them out of the box and compared them to my black hood vents. The mirror covers do have a shine on them and they are primed, just not the same black. You might be able to wax them and shine them up. I don't think you will get the...

They are coming in tomorrow, but now I'm wondering if I should get them painted black. The ones on the car now have 1 rock chip on the drivers side and a scratch on the passenger side. They get trashed quickly on the road and in the parking lot.

Posted earlier on this thread, I have bought the street transmission and shift mount. I Still have not installed the parts due to medical reasons. Now, I ask if I change the transmission and shift mount, will I need to change the engine mounts? I can't install the parts for a few more months...

The covers are to be delivered this Friday by FedEx. I will take a few Pictures next to my black hood vents before I install the covers. The ones on Jasonstang look tough and perfect match.

My new covers are to arrive FedEx on Friday, so lets try and remove the old cover. After reading all the threads, I graded the cover closest to the window and the other hand on the opposite of the cover and pulled forward. Off it came with all tabs in place and nothing broken off. "Easy"!
