We purchased our house a few years ago and put 20% down. We also have a mortgage that allows you to put a maximum of 40% of the principle remaining each year which has been a huge advantage. As a matter of fact, the money saved from the interest alone has paid for the new Mustang.

Yeah, they seem to be in demand. The dealer here wants $1000.00 Canadian for it... no way is the grille worth that much. I'll be keeping my eyes open for any deals on one, but am not in that kind of rush
