Well, I spoke too soon. COTUSB isnt working, but regular COTUS is. Showing in transit now, delivery estimated for 10/1!

Mine is in transit now as well! I wish it showed the rail car number in COTUS :)

Deysha (FordService) told me that the Cotus website may not work for everyone, it depends on your region or something. Nevertheless, I would plug my VIN in every week, just in case. :) Last Friday, it worked! Today, it no workie. :shrug:

I'm in the same boat. Produced August 30, but still waiting for Release to Shipping. The way Ford Performance explained it to me is that right now they are doing QA checks before releasing it from the factory. I am expecting a status change this week though when I call on Friday.

I believe as a member of the armed forces you can purchase a car through AAFES for delivery to the dealer of your choice or you can buy one from existing stock and have it shipped. Earlier this year my local dealer handled just such a purchase - he got a killer deal on it as I recall.

I'm interested in this topic. I did PPF on my SHO and while it looks OK, I am concerned about doing this with stripes on the car I have coming.

FordService on here have told me that COTUS is only in Beta, and may not work for all orders - its primarily the Southwest and Central regions, and will be expanded in coming months.

Contour SVT was actually well reviewed in the press. Never moved many units though because the Contour was too small for Americans. SVT Focus was fairly well received too, but back then the Focus wasn't as well known of a badge. Not blistering HP but supposedly competent on a road course...

The same dealer has a 2016 coming in they will sell for MSRP. That's probably the confusion. No VIN assigned yet for me. I am hoping for an August delivery, but really not in any hurry at all. :)

Thanks. Its a regular 350, White with Blue stripes, Convenience Package. Current status is "In Order Processing". This is fine, as I am in no hurry. I can't take delivery of the car before end of July anyway.

Well, Deyshia was able to find my order and confirm it is in the system and looks good. I can rest a bit easier now. :thumbsup:

Question - I ordered mine from a dealer, but have had a hell of a time getting a DORA from them. Its almost like they don't know where in the system to find it. They swear to me its ordered. Is there someone from the Ford social team on here that can help me confirm?
