I'd say the Mach 1 was a rather unique package on the new edge. With an exclusive 4v motor from the Cobras it was more than just an appearance package. I'd hope the new one is something different too, not just appearance mods with a CAI or something.
I think the digital dash is rather cool, but the novelty of it would wear off like anything else. I don't like the fact that the gauges will no longer be in between the dash vents, I think it really jazzed up the dash and was one of the reasons I wanted the PP.
The Bronco needs to be a fullsize truck. That almost seems to be the entire appeal of the old ones. A BOF, SUV, with real off road capabilities. Unibody trucks are not trucks, they're station wagons with a lift kit IMO.
I doubt that's what happened. I'm sure it went as quick as that, but the writer had other shit that "needed" to be done, for more "important" customers, and the car got pushed to the side.
The fluid is not the issue. You could put water in the thing, it should still go into gear while sitting still.
Take it to someone who knows what they're doing. Sounds like a hydraulic/clutch related issue.
Mind sharing what the dealer did to fix it?
I can't believe non of the aftermarket companies have a solution for this either. I would pay a good amount for a fix, because I can see the vibration causing big problems down to road, in the form of diff/tranny rebuilds.
Just installed a Corsa sport catback on my GT, (and got it for a killer deal, thanks Hypermotive) and I am loving the way it sounds. It doesn't sound much like a Mustang though, and it kinda fits the less muscular, more touring/euro car looking S550 chassis.
I think it sounds a lot like a...
I think this may be a good question to ask. These cars are high dollar, so owners may be more careful to break them in the "right" way, which is going easy on it.
I'm of the school of thought that the break in period should consist of beating the shit out of it. Maybe the Voodoo will take...
I don't like this trend of the nav screen sticking up and out of the dashboard. Looks like someone glued an iPad or a cheap TomTom to the dash. It be cleanly integrated, and look like it was designed to actually be a part of the interior, much like the current premium Mustangs.
Did you read it? It says right there it has nothing to do with the coolant level. Probably a sensor issue based on that light being on and the temp gauge being cold.
This thread should have one answer and one answer only. They didn't do the alignment properly. Never before have I seen people coming up with such total nonsense as a means to fix a simple issue.
The wheel must be straight, and held straight with a tool, when the tie rods are adjusted. If it...
Wouldn't have bought a new car at all. Nothing else really grabs me. I wasn't even planning on getting one, was looking for a 2v/3v, something cheap, as a daily. Went to the dealer with my father to look at a Boss 302 for him, wound up test driving the 16 and couldn't believe how nice they got...
