Rio - can you comment on whether or not you've experienced any drone? I'm guessing not, since you didn't mention it (or if you did, I didn't see it).
Was leaning toward SW, but I *REALLY* like the way this sounds.
Thanks!

Okay. While I share everyone else's sentiments about being personally responsible and driving safely, I think we may have all misunderstood your original question/issue.

Guio, I think you should absolutely get a lawyer and try to get your car replaced under the Lemon Law. Maybe just the threat of doing something will get you somewhere. Was the Ford Service CSR of no use? That's kind of scary if even the prescribed escalation process proves to be just as useless...
Tama,
IIRC, the 50th Appearance Package added the white stitching on the steering wheel, in addition to the Premier Trim package adding the white stitching (and soft-touch) on the dash.
To the OP:
I don't have the brochure in front of me, but regardless of package, the *seating surfaces*...
Thanks, Amy! I actually saw your post in this thread *AFTER* I had submitted my application. I was like "...well, I'm not going to get that one!". LOL

Sometimes I do kind of wish I had gotten the 401A; it would be nice to have a memory spot for easy ingress/egress, and maybe BLIS. But honestly, in my driving position, the blind spots aren't bad, and I couldn't care less about the Shaker upgrade, so it wasn't really worth it to me, either.

Johnathan,
I've got +/- 600 miles on my car, and really 'got on it' for the first time this past Sunday. After several high-RPM/high-torque shifts, mine was smelling pretty bad, too. After adding another few (15-20) miles of 'normal' driving, it seemed to go away. I'm assuming (and hoping, at...
Sorry, I re-read the thread and see where you got a CSM assigned. I hope that they can put some pressure on someone and help you out.
For issue #1, could it be as simple as losing a wheel weight or something?
#2, I wonder what behavior would occur if a paddle (button) was...
So, not sure when you were at Jones, but my car has been there (body shop) since Monday for a driver's-side rocker-panel defect: (yes, it actually made it out of Flat Rock like this..)
It's a long story, but it took 4 weeks of arguing for them to agree to fix it. I'll discuss the details if...
