I got the Seicane Android unit in my 2018, I think its the same look as tomtop but a bit better.

According to them if its a base model unit then it should.

You can use the built in GPS on the unit without WiFi or a smartphone. You should be able to access the media stick by plugging it into the USB port. The missing features would be any applications that use a WiFi connection to perform functions etc.

Yea something like that but for non performance pack Mustangs that don't have the gauges, that would be nice don't know how complex it is probably not plug and play lol.

I usually use Maps when in Apple Carplay but i'll test it out.

Hmm I didn't notice that, the temp in that photo is in F it was unusually cold that night. I would assume that it is from the app that i'm talking about. I have driven the car for 3 hours at a time and never seen the cars temp sensor reading pull-up on or off of WiFi :( Think Seicane is full...

It's from a default weather application that came on the tablet. It needs WiFi to establish a connection to get the weather data. I did nothing but open the app while on WiFi to have it pull GPS and weather data. It is supposed to be their "fix" I guess but, without WiFi or opening the...

I finally got the weather to display, I may have had a weak LTE > WiFi signal on my phone I was using as a hotspot but it finally pulled data and displayed it on the top and as a widget on the home screen. This only worked while connected to WiFi and opening the default weather widget app...

I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to get a conversion kit for the plastic dashboard piece that includes the performance pack style gauges into a base model. I know the conversion to a digital cluster exists was wondering if this has been done for the performance pack gauges?
