Look up in the forscan threads, there should be a full excel sheet for everything, all the options. Usually you can ignore these codes but curious if you tweak the settings they will go away.

Hi there. The power wires are pins 1 and 9 on the seat connector. The black/blue is ground, the violet/red is hot. That's all you need to make it move.

I am using 2017 APIM. The hazard switch is done in the bcm though.

The driver door connector is not a serviceable part at Ford based on the service manual, so I ended up buying the entire door harness from Ford using a memory seat VIN.

Petah50, good find. That's true, you can use the obd can +/- or anywhere u find them. I used those to enable driver seat memory function. Mainly cos the seat slides back and forth when you switch the off/on

Super lucky to get the connectors. These two wires are the data lines, feeds to memory module under driver seat. Doesn't hurt to connect them.

1970bird, lol sorry I am not smart, I don't even know if the rocker switches cocept would work. My proposal was for someone with Gen 6 mustang where I can mimic the original harness. We need to see what the fan and heating pad voltage is and go from there

fphilips, If we can prove the fan and heated pad takes 12 volts, you can wire rocker switches... I still haven't got a chance to measure voltage supplied to fan and heated pad.

F For $250 I can build you one and ship it, this would be the harness that goes between the two seats only. Rest of the work is tabbing two datalines and one hot line. I will make ~$80 from building you that harness.

I assume you're referring to power lines. It is a good question. The seat power fuse is 30 amps. Heated/cooled line alone is 30 amps. If you manage to route an independent 30 amps line to the h/c wire, you should be food. I personally used the same seat 30 amps line to feed the h/c module...

I did. I switched the sensor pad from the original seat to the premium seat, and the light went off. I think it was a compatibility issue, because part numbers were different. It's not as difficult to take off the seat base cover as you would think.

Mostly using the existing harness, but for your project, I would cut the original seat connector and run individual connectors for the wires you need.m i.e power to make it move. It is not proofed yet the voltage supplied to the heated/cooled motors/pad are 12v. Someone needs to measure it. I...
