GM a company that has changed its numbers before on cars after the Mags did thier tests. Same company that hasnt fixed the visibility issues and still hasnt fixed the overheating problems. In some cases i would be surprised about a company that does this stuff, but GM still cant fix recalls it...

numbers are all over the place 30-50 top gear at 9 secs? 50-70 at 8.6? That alone makes me wonder.

I lose about 2.5 psi on my old S-trim from 5k ele to sea level, but thats also going from a 6-7k DA to 0 or minshaft conditions

Its amusing that the discussion about this is more lively on Mustang6 then Camaro6. Even their own community isnt hyped up much about this car. GM should have let the exterior stylists get a little more creative with the new platform instead of cloning the 5thgen.

These are also the same people that said the 1LE would rape the GTPP on the courses. SCCA this season has shown the GTPP to be able to easily beat 1LEs all over the nation.

GM better hope the performance numbers alone will save the alpha, atm the CTS and ATS are horrible sellers. They have alot riding on the camaro. When the CTS switched to alpha the sales droped by nearly 50%. Almost 5k more for 2-3 tenths then my GTPP and with a body that looks almost a decade...

For all the hype, its still not the instant Win the GM nuttriders keep thinking 12.3-12.5 113-114mph few tenths faster then most the Stock timeslips we have in our drag list similar MPH. I got my GTPP prem for 38k, the price as tested for Motortrend base model is 38.5k LoL

Great, maybe this will be a Alpha platform that can actually sell! CTS and ATS are near failures in sales, got good reviews but they cant seem to sell them.

I was told 200-250 a rim for powder coating and roughly 350-400 per rim for black nickle. And just mentioning regular Chrome seems to get you lynched here! I went with the powder coat niche calls "black chrome PVD"

Costs more to buy, and then costs keep going up with every High Pressure Fuel Pump and each Walnut blasting your forced to do since BMW cant fix the same problem after 8+ years. Btw i made a small fortune to these and the infamous e90 fusebox fires.
