I think it would have looked better if it were just the crosshairs. For me, maybe weirdly, that’s partly because I don’t like the way Bullitt is spelled; it just doesn’t look right to my tired, 57 year-old eyes.

I'm actually not that bugged by the logo on the back. It's the one on the steering wheel that I wish were more subtle yet somehow still unique to the Bullitt as it's more in your face - literally!

Ditto. While I certainly don’t mind the movie connection because of that mother of all chase scenes at its heart, I would have preferred it if the Bullitt badges were fewer or more subdued.

Here's a thought: I think that the demographic that seems most interested in the Bullitt will have a beneficial effect on its depreciation - for us current owners - as compared with other versions of the S550, including the new Mach 1. At least, that is, until we start dying off. :)

That's a different thing (which you may know, Matthewstorm, but others reading this may not).

It was for a specific trip that started and ended on a highway. So pure highway driving. Was, as I said, pleasantly surprised.

Also, my theory is that the 2021 is going to have the slightly refreshed front end we’ve already seen on the new Mach 1, and that means a little more work on updating the graphics compared to, say, 2019 versus 2020, when nothing like that changed. I believe this because I don’t think Ford would...

My guess is that there is still quite a bit of 2020 stock they need to unload.
