Everythin I have seen says the GT is supposed to be 155mph and the ecoboost perf is 149 mph. Is 155 perf pack only? Hit the speed limiter at 149 on the dyno today.
MCA states that having the valid card is all you need to qualify. Some dealers will still twist this around, just get it cleared with the dealer BEFORE ordering a car....then hopefully no problems.

Awesome news! I notice that is says having adaptive cruise control is not recommended. Is this saying you can install it but just disable adaptive, or does this system interfere entirely?

Correct, it will NOT shift up when in the S position after activating paddle mode, in fact I have had it shift down into first gear past redline. The motor did not like this. The auto in this car is a little too obeying of the driver's insanity.
If you're going to stick with stock HP and don't do a lot of highway driving then the 3.55 would be appealing. However, if you're ever going to add boost down the road the 3.15s will serve you better long term. I went with the 3.15s and there is no shortage of power with the 6R80 gearing up front.
