Only problem with your scenario is time. By 2030 Ford will be completely EV from what I hear. It takes time and money to develop a car like the 350. Not sure Ford is putting much R&D into ICE anymore. The writing is on the wall.
Buy 2 rolls of track armor and cover the bumper, mirrors, a pillars, rear impact area and as much of the hood as possible.
Its clear so you won’t look schmuck driving down the road lol. You want the car paint corrected properly prior to PPF
I plan to have mine shipped to IL when I do order...
The accident would bother me on the R. Otherwise it would be no contest, R all the way. Much more rare, way cooler and will hold its value MUCH better than the Mach. You will lose your ass on the Mach.
Voodoo is a great motor, most of the hate comes from ignorant people or the 1% who have had a...
Blasphemy I know but I’m not a stripe guy, especially when they are stickers. I think the Mach would look great sans stripes. Does anyone have pictures of such car? Really want to order a new Mach in velocity blue to replace my PP2. Thank you guys.
While the above is certainly playing a role, anyone who has followed the value of the 350 over the last 12 months can attest to the fact that this car has broken the curve compared to the typical used car inflation we are seeing.
You want a new F150 for example, none are available so you have...
Depends. One factor is the chip shortages which I’m hearing will not normalize until 2023. The disruption in supply chain will not correct itself anytime soon.
Second factor that will determine the length of this insanity is the economy. It’s “booming” at the moment although it’s all smoke and...
The 2000Rs never brought the big money is why I am questioning it. Could six figures be the new norm or is it related to the current hyper inflation our economy is in? I think everything is overvalued at the moment, including my Rs. As a die hard blue oval fan, I hope these specialty vehicles...
if you look at the history of this car on BAT I would say with exception of the last 2 auctions, these cars were selling in the $60,000 range. In fact as recently as March. Not quite convinced these will trading hands at the $100,000 mark as a norm. Just my opinion though
Shill bidding is very common on auction sites. Cobra Rs are not bringing six figures. Historically they have done well as a collectors car being how rare they are. For $60,000 you can buy a like new example. An 04 Mystichrome vert ”sold“ on that site not long ago for $72,000. Over $20,000 more...
I think it’s a little of both. The 350 seems to be surpassing the typical used car inflation we are seeing. For example, my 2020 PP2 with 1000 miles, $52k msrp was worth maybe $42k last year. Today its worth $47.5
My 18R, 500 miles with an msrp of $69k was worth maybe $65k last year. Now I have...
