I ordered 6/7, 2nd ordered 6/10 and the 3rd 6/14

I was the first retail order from my dealer and got my vin this morning. I looked up the second order and he got a vin too, the third did not.

I don't think COTUS is an old fashioned system that does batch jobs overnight. I asked my dealer to make a change in my order and it updated immediately. They may submit their updates at the same time but I would think it's whenever they do it, not on a batch schedule...

You are buying it using the x plan but they placed your order as a stock order. I'm buying using the x plan but they placed my order as an x plan order which automatically makes it a retail order. That's the difference. I know mine was placed that way because tricia looked it up for me.

yes, when Tricia from ford service looked mine up she saw that it was ordered as x plan and priority 10 so mine was definitely ordered as retail.

They can't change it to stock because it's an x plan order.

My priority is 10 as well.

No, just thought it may mean that, but Tricia's PM makes me believe it's retail. She didn't seem like she wasn't sure in her reply.

Also, I would think the "r" in my order number may mean retail (490r)

I PM'ed Tricia to ask about my order and she told me it is definitely retail because it is x plan

It's not stock, it's retail and it has to be because it's X plan

Mine is definitely a retail order. I ordered it on 6/7 and got a vin this morning. I don't see a build date though...

Where can you see your build date? I have a VIN on cotus but no build date.
