  3. Illinois 350R goodies gotta go (CF wheels, rear seats) SOLD

Sold my R and have quite a few items that need to go: Brand new R front splitter, still wrapped in packaging. $1200 SOLD Lightly used rear seats from a regular 350. All the hardware minus two bolts that the gt350 has welded in that Rs don’t. $500 R car cover. $250 SOLD Carbon wheels with...
  4. Prices are on the rise......

Also think those rear seats are the ones ford offered for a limited time for Rs. Hence the red stitching. I think it’s price nicely.
  5. Prices are on the rise......

I think they’re real cf wheels, just dirty. The non r replicas won’t have those lugs either. Would probably need custom or open ended
  6. How are Gen 2 Voodoos holding up?

Sure, my quote was also for a 2017 gen 1 with 15k miles. I’m just saying that if the probability of engine failure is as high as what forums show within first 10k miles, then the extended esp would still be higher.
  7. How are Gen 2 Voodoos holding up?

In all seriousness, it’s impossible to quantify the risk in this engine. The closest you’ll get is what the ford ESP costs imply. If I can buy a 5/60k drivetrain warranty for 2k, the implied probability of failure is not significantly higher than say a coyote. Gotta trust the actuaries I suppose.
  8. Illinois 2017 GT350R for sale (Sold)

No, I wouldn’t split the wheels up from the car. But I think there are some CF wheels for sale in the classifieds
  9. Illinois 2017 GT350R for sale (Sold)

Bump. Consignment contract came to an end, do selling private. 68k with spare wheels and splitter
  10. Is a tracked vehicle a dealbreaker?

At least the owner is honest about track use. I’m sure a huge % of “never been tracked” are complete bs anyways. But don’t buy it to expect appreciation in value. Buy it to enjoy it.
  11. Illinois 2017 GT350R for sale (Sold)

Hi all, I’m sadly selling my 2017R. I bought the car this past March with the intention of having the best daily/track car. Bought it at 8.5k miles and currently sits at 14.6k. I drove her quite a bit and tracked it twice. Unfortunately, being a father of two young boys and winter ahead...
  12. Wheels...baddest ones you've seen?

Mind me asking, what is the point of buying expensive forged rims vs just cast or spun forged? I run project 6gr for the street, 2k for the set. Nice fitment. If I’m gonna run expensive rims, might as well leave Cf on.
  13. Average S550 monthly payment?

This is not a straightforward thing to answer though. You can’t just look at payment and interest without taking the potential depreciation, or lack of it, into account. I bought my R in march for 62k. Paying 1.99% on 65 months through credit union. I would do that all day as I view that...
  14. New owner - engine failure

Agree. I’m the 4th owner of my R. Bought it with 8k and am at 14k. Tracked twice in the 6 months I’ve owned it. I doubt the car was babied, because, well why would you baby it? If you have a warranty, just fix it and move on. I have a Carmax warranty and feel pretty good. Only thing is that it’s...
  15. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Went to road America! Drove up at 5 am from Chicago, did 4 full sessions, drove right back home. Lovely day
  16. GT350/R Long-Term Reliability

I’m at 11k with my 2017 R. Bought it with 8k 3 months ago. It has been my daily driver and makes my commute (50 miles daily) tolerable. I don’t baby her and rev her out to 7-8k every time the road opens up. Just drive it and enjoy. I bought it from Carmax and have th maxcare warranty, so I do...
  17. Ohio Original 2019 GT350 FP wheels with sport cup 2’s

I’m interested in these for my R. Do you have an estimate for 60521 area code?
