Any chance you would PM me those dealers? I'd still love to get an 'R' on order. FYI - there isn't a dealer in Florida with an allocation willing to go less than $5k for a 350 and $15k for an R.

I had a DORA and had placed a deposit. Today, my dealer sold 'my' car for $33.5k ADM to another dealer. You don't have a car until you drive it off the lot.

Just got more info from my salesman. He's really upset. I've bought multiple cars from him and he hated to make the call. The other offer is from a dealer in Washington state who had no 'R' allocation.

Well, there goes my 'R'. My salesman called today. Someone offered the GM $33.5k ADM for the R I have a DORA on, but no purchase agreement. He was calling to give me the chance to match the offer. I declined. They are also charging $8k ADM for the 350.

A DORA means nothing without a price/retail sales agreement.

Not to be an a$$, but if you don't know why you want a GT350, then you don't want one. I routinely beat Porches, BMW, WRX, Evo, Mustangs, corvettes while out on the track. The guys who give me fits are the Boss 302, Lotus, and custom Miata's. It takes skill to be fast on a track lap after lap...

Seriously, You can buy a beater for less than a set of tires for this car.

After what I have 'been through' this week, I bet only 1 out of 10 of those posting they have 'orders' wind up with actual cars. Everyone take a breath and revisit this in September.

Spent the day canvassing dealers here in Central Florida. No one will take an order or a deposit until there is official options/pricing from Ford. One GM told me Ford will go so far as to 'wipe out' all orders placed before the official release date 'in the interest of fairness'.

Yep. I owned the 1st 2003 Cobra in the Tampa area. I paid ADM of $5k. 6 months later, the same dealer was selling them for $5k under MSRP. :doh: What is being 1st worth?

For all of you with orders placed, what pricing are you getting? My dealer refuses to place an 'order' and consequently give me pricing without Ford telling him how much the car is going to cost.

I thought so too when first announced. But the CR-9 (9 spoke) is the only announced version from Carbon Revolution. The 350R wheel is a 7 spoke. I suspect it may be a OEM-only wheel.

The Carbon wheels are painted to protect them from UV light. CF degrades with exposure to UV. You cannot order them from Ford without a 350R VIN. Once they hit the street and the supplier is ID, you may be able to get them that way.

I have a commitment from my Dealer for the 1 350R they are getting. However, they will not take my deposit until they can actually order. They checked today and while you can enter an order, it is not being accepted for production yet.

My dealer called today. I have purchased a 2003 SVT Cobra, 2012 EcoBoost Flex and 2013 Focus ST from him. I am #1 on the list for the 350R. They are only getting 5 350's and 1 350R for 2016. :D
