I measured about 25-26 mpg according to the computer with cruise set at 80-82 over about 50 miles. Rumor is the computer is about 1mpg off. You can definitely drive 80+ in socal without getting a ticket.

You're arguing about something you've never used. ACC isn't the end of the world. When used responsibly I think we will find it's going to reduce collisions, but that's just a guess. You clearly just like to argue, so I'm done.

Yeah it is silly because using ACC in certain situations doesn't mean one isn't prepared to take over should it fail and it also doesn't mean I'm not driving totally manually about 90% of the time.

I still don't see how this could be a problem. If you forget (can you forget that fast?) it's going to go back to your set speed, or whatever speed the car in front of you is going.

It's not an "if" it is definitely independent. OP- there's no way to make it start in track. If you put H-pipes on it you won't want it to start in track though :lol:

Even if it wasn't, Ford would have to prove the BG fluid was the cause of the problem- that's the law on warranty, at least in CA.
