You have to remember that most of the auto plants shutdown for 1 to 2 weeks at Christmas. I'm not sure about the mustang plant, but we were down for 12 days. I'm looking at about March.

I just ordered a 2016 V6 Convertible. I've had 5 GT's over the years and think the 3.7 @ 300Hp will be fine for a DD. The Eco Boost is too new for me. I hope the OP gets things worked out.
