Update I finally got the time to take the door panels off on my car and I found that the seals were folded. I guess maybe the dealer didn’t put them together right when doing one of the door lock recalls. I’m never taking my car back there again this is ridiculous. Thank you guys for everyone...

Okay I will have to look at it on my day off and maybe take the door panel off to get to it? To see if it’s folded and if it’s damaged then that would be the weatherstripping that I need to replace on both the windows ?
