  1. WMI on a NA motor, reasonable or wasteful?

Yes I agree. That's why I went catless on my headers. Have an ESS blower on the way and didn't want to chance a clogged cat. Yeah the AEM nozzle was the best i used, but the plastic internals would swell when using 100%methanol.
  2. WMI on a NA motor, reasonable or wasteful?

I'll have to look into the killer chiller. Yeah, I had issues with my nozzles not atomizing the methanol at lower boost and pump pressure. So I could definitely see multiple smaller nozzles working better.
  3. WMI on a NA motor, reasonable or wasteful?

I agree. E85 is a much better option for fueling. However, for cooling, The methanol Injection would put my charge temps below ambient. So not a bad option if intercooler size is limited. But I've been interested in doing more research on the interchiller. The concept seems interesting. Haven't...
  4. WMI on a NA motor, reasonable or wasteful?

It was an aftermarket downpipe. An MAPerformance downpipe to be exact. At the time I was running just snow performance boost juice. Spraying around 12psi boost. Later on got tuned and the tuner recommended pure VP M1, so that's what I ran all the way until I sold the car. But also at that point...
  5. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Put ceratec in my oil because I got the typewriter tick at 4000 miles 😭
  6. 2021 WRX

Yeah it was a hoot to drive. Never felt like it would get away from me, was PLANTED to the road. I was just always concerned of the engine taking a shit on me. They are not known for reliability when pushed for HP lol oh for sure. I had a 2015 wrangler 2dr. 3.5" lift. i wouldn't drive over...
  7. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Maybe down the line. I'm happy to be off of E85 though, as there are not a lot of stations around me that sell it. So I always have gas tank anxiety and end up going out of my way to "top off". I like the power it gives and love the smell lol but I don't race my car at all, so it's not like I...
  8. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Awesome. I'm super excited. Already started burning out all the E85 in my tank. Want to run at least 1-2 tanks of 93 just to make sure all the E85 is gone. Figured I have another 2-4 weeks before the kit gets here.
  9. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Yes, watched a few videos and looks easy. Can't be as rough as the headers 😂
  10. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

I've been reading this thread for the last 3 weeks. Was going to go for a procharger at first but this thread put me on the ESS (which I hadn't heard of before) and sold me. Then I saw a bmw at a cars and coffee with an ESS kit. It was a sign lol Ordered my G2 kit on 04/26. Super stoked to get...
  11. Kooks catless, borla switchfire, awe touring

Here's a little video of my exhaust set up. Albeit not the best video but figured I'd share it as this setup is a little unique.
  12. WMI on a NA motor, reasonable or wasteful?

Yeah the controller I used had a line that would open the wastegate in the event of a pump failure. Pretty slick features built in. But of course all the fail-safes were extra $$ 🙄 I had a frankenbuilt kit with AEM and snow performance products. Wanted an aquamist but was expensive and long lead...
  13. 2021 WRX

Had a 2019 wrx with downpipe, exhaust, fmic, intake, tgv/egr delete, nostrum hpfp, E85 and snow performance WMI running pure vpm1 and only made about 400whp 😭. But was crazy fun on the mountain roads. Even took it on some dirt roads for a little rallyesque fun.
  14. WMI on a NA motor, reasonable or wasteful?

I had a wrx that I ran WMI on. Didn't tune for it, just wanted some knock protection, valve cleaning and cooling. After about 4 months my cat burned up. Don't know if that was coincidence or correlation. Honestly though I would just do the octane booster. WMI is kind of a pain. More expensive...
