I also ask them not to use a rattle gun, and I supply my own torque wrench set to the setting I want, along with the correct size socket wrapped in electrical tape so they have to try really hard to scratch my wheels.
Aussie owners, do you have any recommendations on replacement air filters? I want to stick with stock type. Can't be bothered with oiling and cleaning a cotton one.
HAHA. First stop the gas station!
Today I fitted a Carlinkit 4.0 wireless adaptor for Synch 3 system. This removes the requirement to have the phone plugged in to the car. It connects automatically to the phone and starts Apple Carplay or Android Auto. It takes about 40seconds to connect and has a little latency, but it is...
So, added more air to spec. Fronts still in alarm mode.
Did the simple TPMS reset as per the vehicle display, i.e. MENU - DRIVER ASSIST - TYRE PRESSURE MONITOR - HOLD OK TO RESET.
Problem solved.
Skye, thanks for your input. I'll add some air and see if that fixes it. Kinda thinking it may be the age of the units and the batteries, since both went to alarm at practically the same time.

Both rear tyres are at 29-30psi and no alarm reports.
I have driven the car for two x 40min trips today and both front tyres still in alarm mode at 31psi and...
My concern with hood struts is if they stiffen over time, then one day you start to close the hood and it bends in the middle! Ok for trunk struts but not my hood.
Fitted the California Pony Cars Mustang Splash Shields, front and rear. They look ok and should prevent any more stone chips from occurring.
Fitting wasn't difficult but rear wheels must be removed to allow sufficient access.
The CPC youtube video showing the install method is not accurate. My...

Cheers
Has anyone replaced their awful yellow DRLs with nice bright LEDs? I have a 2017 GT.
I'm looking at this set below from Blingworks, but I'm concerned about the "Not CANbus ready" line.
Fits:
- Mazda CX-5 DRL , Toyota 86 GT
- Subaru MY15-17 SUBARU VA WRX , STI , LEVORG (Guaranteed...
