If u take the valve covers off you should b able to tell if its a rocker, if its not a rocker sounds like an issue with the timing chain to tensioner could b taking a shit or loose guides making that sound if your not mechanical yourself bring it to a shop you trust have them take pictures of...

Not sure if you checked yet but couple simple things u could look at is the air filter old and dirty? Maybe throttle blade dirty causing it to stick alittle under minor load? Hope its something simple like that best of luck

Sounds like car is out of warranty from ford so no reason for a stock tune. Pick which intake u like more roush or jlt then hit up lund and get a tune or just put the jlt back on and drive as is

This is just a shot in the dark but I wonder if your having an issue with fuel from the bap to have codes on all 8 holes? Could try clearing all the codes, taking off the bap and go for alittle test drive. I wouldn't got wot or anything but you could see if the issue still happens. Again...
