I am reframing what exactly I post as it is an ongoing case and I don't even have any other information other then the vehicle is being investigated through the insurance. I understand ford has no reason to get involved at this stage but I would think they would be working with the insurance...

So here is a picture of my seat and the copy of the no charge invoice. So the dealership told me that for the wind noise they tested another brand new mustang and its normal. And for the seat they submitted it to ford. This car is 7 days old and I can't believe I'm having this many issues...
