I haven't used that compartment yet so it's still empty! But I'm 100% sure it's the control knob making the noise. It's basically just a plug. So I am thinking the outlet part(I don't know the technical name) that the headlight knob plugs into might be pushed back to far?

I bought the STO n sho bracket from CJ pony, but to my disappointment the holes were drilled anyways ....... Asked them not to drill the holes 2 different times .
