I found a yellow GT350 R this evening and it does say Ford Performance on the card (not on car).

I've never seen or heard of them being on the front of a non R.

Just take them out. Get it up it the air with the tires "hanging". Then drive it. If no error code you're OK. Probably not a problem with so few miles.
