Update on my Maps 1 19 issue. I received an email from Ford Support today with a file to wipe out my map data with instructions on re-installing the 1 19 update. Everything went without a hitch and now my voice activation works in Nav and no error codes.
Mine messed up too. I was on 1 18 and it now shows 1 19 but I get error message when I start up and voice recognition in nav also doesn't work. I have a open case that has been escalated but I'll probably end up having to take it in.
My sob story. Tried to update my maps on my '18 GT, from 1 18 to the new 1-19. Something glitches and the system shut down, Now when I start the car I get a message window, (see #1). If I put my usb with the files in I get a message window,(see #2), then click "OK", I get message error window...
Depends on how you drive the car. If you want max performance and/or track, stoplight performance, use 93. Normal driving if you are critical enough you might be able to tell the difference but its a big might. Also depends on the quality of gas. I use nothing but TopTier in my '18...
2018 GT 10r80 2 yrs 19000+ miles No issues. Had the tick after first oil change, added Ceratec at second oil change, no tick since. Car runs great even on 87 octane.

Street driven, N/A, Ford rates it on regular although the hp figures are from using premium, the computer adjusts. That said I usually use regular but only Top Tier, ie: Shell, Marathon, etc. I've not had any issues.
