And FWIW, I had my stereo/electronics guy try to do it with a relay and it didn't work out. It is like new cars that turn off your car at a stop and you need to hit the button to override and leave the engine running. WHY control me, give me FREEDOM!!!

I did my research on alignment settings. Found that negative toe contributes to tramlining. Decided on alignment specs, went to alignment shop and handed them to them. Toe was the only setting I deviated from factory specs.

My 2017 has 12k on it. Burns 🔥 a quart of oil every 250mi (got progressively worse to get to that point). Piston slap at 2k RPM 🙌 . Did the oil consumption test thing. I have a great dealer (grew up with the general manager and have bought many Fords and referred countless customers)...

While I don't daily drive mine because I work from home, I wouldn't have an issue. Only issue is you need all season tires for the winter, even if it is just driving in the cold.
