I would do a compression / leakdown test just for peace of mind if it were me. I check my oil level every 500 or so miles depending on how i drive the car. At 1000 miles on my car now and i'm still a little above the full mark. It could very well be a bad pcv but whenever the case of low oil...
Hello,
I actually just took our completely stock EB Mustang to the dyno today see my post here. http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54857&page=2
Had some time today to strap my completely stock ecoboost mustang down on a local dyno jet today. I could get more tq and a tiny bit more hp out of it if i wanted but i'm already on the verge of wheel hopping in 1st as is. The way the power comes in i can roll on in 1st with no hop and the car...
Unfortunately hot air is less dense than cooler air. lower air density = lower amount of air entering the cylinder = less power. This is also why you see cars at high elevation make less power (uncorrected) than cars at sea level even with temperature being the same. Air is more dense at sea...
I found what she was referring to. It's VMP's install of the FFtec single scroll T3 7670 turbo kit. Too bad they don't give you a boost reference. Just looking at the graph side by side there isn't a huge difference in the 2.5-4k (compared to the lethal 7163 dyno) performance according to this...
They will be up soon enough. I have a meth kit, and a efr 7163 kit waiting to go. Just need to get this stock dyno done after I get back from vacation.
All Aspects is a fantastic establishment I've been going there since 2007. Also from what I've seen I am the only Protuner for cobb in the Hampton roads area that supports Ford. Unfortunately our supplier only has 3x in the style of shirt we are using. If you would like a 4x I can see about...
I use all aspects, or Virginia speeds dyno when I need to, but majority of the work is remote tuning. I also offer street tuning if the customer is local and does not want to pay the extra fees for the dyno. I'll actually be at All Aspects on the 10th to dyno my mustang to show the difference...
The installs for both will be the same. including the wiring diagram. There might be a few tiny on board differences like a jumper vs soldering. That is it though.
