Is it sunday yet? :frusty:..... just to let everyone know, there are several photographers on the mountain that take awesome action shots of all the cars and motorcycles going up the mountain. "1904 photography" is one, and I forget the name of the other guy, but he sometimes sets up before you...

Anyone who is coming down I-215 or I-15 and would like to meet in Temecula for a pre-meet. I will be at the Creekside Shell gas station/Jack in the box at 7-7:15 am. (29115 old town front st., exit Temecula pkwy then go west) departing at 7:20 am. I hope some of you can join me! :D turtleboy...

I'm in Temecula. Pretty good chance that a few of us will be meeting at the Shell station on Temecula pkwy, then heading down to O'side. If y'all are coming down the 15, maybe you could make a quick stop, so we can join you. :D

I picked mine up at my local AAA office, but ordered them from the DMV. Anytime I can avoid the DMV, I take advantage. :thumbsup:

bmailpb, I like your highland valley route, through Ramona, that will be a great drive. However the route from Oceanside to Palomar, ending at the lake Henshaw restaurant has already been determined. Now what happens after that, is up in the air. Usually everyone does their own thing after...

This could be fun. If we could get out there fairly early, before the extreme heat, say 9 am or so. Photo shoot a few locations for a couple hours, Then head indoors for food and such. There are several casinos out towards the Coachella area too. Buffet? Or finding someplace where we could chill...

Good time today. Carlsbad cars and coffee had a great turnout. Hopefully they will find a new home for the event soon. Great time at the Barona casino, brunching with a nice group of Mustang friends. The drive after was extra fun too! Thanks to flying dutchman and klumpikat :ford:
