Thanks for all the feedback everyone.
Iām not allowed to say anything else about this other than the issue was resolved .

Itās not really a new phenomenon though, look at every 1959 model from ford/GM/Chrysler , they all were doing similar things. Fast forward to 64 and the cars looked way different than the ā59s but still very similar to eachother .
:frown: ... it was a joke? In response to the post that said that theyāre probably mobbed up and Iām in the trunk of a car. Iām not taken care of yet, wonāt hold my breath til Iāve got a check in hand .
I agree I donāt like his attitude necessarily but he did get my car sorted after Grieco messed it up, he did act like he was doing me a favor and I did have to wait for their one guy whoās a Shelby/mustang specialist to be available . In the end though they got me fixed up.
Grieco put out a hit on me to shut me up.
nah though, after a lot of back and forth they have agreed to reimburse me. Iām not holding my breath until I have a check in hand.
Haha I like that , didnāt buy a dealer, bought a Ford. Thanks, I will pursue the Ford Corporate angle further. I did get a call from Grieco corporate this morning so maybe thatās a good sign.
I submitted a contact form on the corporate website and I got a call from somebody in Rhode Island today who said sheās going to reach out to the GM of the Fort Lauderdale dealership and try to come to some resolution. Will see what happens here!
I donāt see any link in your previous response, I had an extensive conversation with Fords customer service team on their social media channels and they said there was nothing they could do and that I should continue to āwork with the dealershipā.
Iāve been dealing with the General Manager...
Would this be just the 800 number listed on the ford website? Or is there some special one for these types of complaints?
the dealership is ignoring me completely .
