I really would talk to the dealer and see what they can do about getting you a different GT...
but... if you are happy with this one, make them fix it properly and get a paint meter and nice bright light and make them match the orange peel as close as possible.
Either way don't second guess...
How long have you had the car? It was between me and the dealer who wanted to make it right... after I gave back the car the dealer took it up with Ford to "correct" it - which is still basically a new fender and non-factory paint... saw it at a car event a while after... one of the dealer techs...
What you are seeing looks to me like sanding marks underneath the paint which means if that has already been repainted more than likely due to damage at the factory or in transit.
once upon a time, I bought a GT350, took it home and started waxing the car and noticed sanding marks underneath...
Thanks so much for putting this together, went on and ordered my screws and tool.
was not aware this would be an issue until I read this thread and went and looked at the screws in the wing.
Thanks again!!
Thanks to all who looked at my baby... but it is sold!

I'll admit.. I am a big Porsche guy - my GT350 HEP sits in the garage next to my GT3 Touring - and yes the GT350 has a feel all its own, and is very unlike a traditional Mustang per se. The brakes on the GT350 have no problem stopping the car, and were engineered as a perfect fit for the car...
I have a set off my 2020 HEP GT350... only about 200 miles on them. They are boxed in the Shelby boxes my new wheels came in. PM me if you are interested.
Here are a couple of pics of the HEP Owners Supplement Package Pics for all to see... Really happy that Ford did something a little different for the HEP cars... Kudos Ford!
Thanks for the kind words... truthfully we are all blessed to be able to own one of these amazing cars... such a unique engine and handling package - but with a backseat and everyday driving manners!
It was somewhat of a fluke we ended up getting the HE car... back in January / February we kept...
Seems like the "bubble" is less intrusive... the Fin reminds me of something pulled from the Camaro assembly line... as I don't feel it fits the S550 body lines.
