Yes its being devalued. To say its no longer "respected" is a ignorant statement. Most people around the world would rather hold USD than local currencies. Unless you are living in a certain European countries or maybe China. We as Americans lack world perspective and how most people on earth live.
Lets not forget just about every major country printed massive amounts of money these past few years. The world is going through higher levels of inflation.
Using the data from today. We do have a strong jobs market and wages are up. But obviously that doesn`t mean wages are keeping up with the cost of living.
That`s exactly what I am trying to say. People are so shocked by the interest rates going around right now and in my opinion its normal to see such things. Its happen before and it will happen again.
I wasn`t around in the 1980s, but how did people manage with interest rates of 18%?
I feel like people forget this past decade of low interest rates was not normal when you study a graph.
I feel like people always have this attitude during extreme events. Which is why I disagree with it. We went through a major world wide pandemic which no one alive has seen before. The last time something like this happen was in 1918. We are still feeling the effects of this right now. People...
And you need to learn how the world actually works. Vast majority of people who lease of take a loan do it because they have to. Not because they are trying to maximize returns.
And putting more money down to lower the payments helps people not get into a bad situation.
You worry about both, kind of whichever comes first. Once a year or x amount of miles is usually the best advice. However driving habits also play a factor into how often you need to change.
I would only run dedicated tires if you live in areas that actually get snow. Even if you just get colder weather a high performance all season is the way to go. These tires have the compound materials to handle the cold no problem, deep snow traction is where the problem is.
Living in a...
I cannot say enough good things about the DWS 06 plus. I ran these tires on the last 4 cars I owned. The only other tire I would consider are the michelin ones you mentioned. But I believe the DWS does better in the colder/snow which is why I went with them.
I don`t hate the MT82 and would buy one if my mustang was a weekend car. The problem I had was that it wasn`t smooth enough for daily driving. The Tremec I had in my C7 corvette was much better, obviously.
With that said the A10 compared to a DCT or ZF German transmission also lacks in some...
In my opinion its risky considering the short production run and the car market gets hot during the spring/summer for performance cars. I would put a late order in and take delivery in the summer. If the car doesn't get build then buy off the lot.
I might be wrong here, but I believe the MACH 1 with handling package is the only thing that is delayed right now. From what people are saying here we will not get a normal production year either. It might not be possible to receive a 2023 in the fall of next year. The latest would be summer...
I won`t even bother with any specialty car now of days. They are way to hard to get and often marked up.
So far I have had a really positive experience custom ordering with Ford. Even though it takes a long time. I get the car I want and never overpay. I will also mention my parents, and a few...
I totally agree and why I ordered another S550. I could easily wait for the next generation right now if I wanted.
Overall I prefer the current generation. Couple things I really dislike about the new car is the tail lights, and interior. I also believe the gen 4 5.0L will have more emissions...
