My alignment specs...
I think I should have adjusted a bit more camber in the rear.
The track specs of the gt350 and Gt350r looks to be -1.0 and -1.25.
Any word when these will be back in stock?
Both these and the RGBWA DRL boards are on backorder.
Was looking to upgrade my Mustang lights with these to go with my sequential turn signals
Alright did alignment today..
Working mainly on the rear and adjusting the camber and toe.
Ford Spec gt350r rear camber -0.70 and toe 0.15.. so this is what we set it at, hopefully that is right.
I cant remember the front settings, will post the sheet here shortly.
Definitely rubbing the...
Will have to check it out....
Is this for Mustangs equipped with PP Brembo brakes from the factory?
I went from the Performance Pack 6 piston brakes to the gt350r Brembo 6 piston brakes. Only big difference is the rear brakes for me.
Yeah, rear seat delete is not option for me. I have a 3 year old son that likes to ride with me from time to time in the Mustang.
My original plan was to buy an OEM leather seat and dye the stitching red with fabricmate pen.. but could also look at having my cloth seats done in leather and...
Not tough at all.. the only aftermarket part I used was the Full Tilt Boogie front caliper adapter, everything else was Ford OEM parts.
All done and working perfectly, no issues. The car gets aligned Saturday, mainly because I swapped the rear camber arms to the Steeda Adjustable ones. Plus...
Back brakes are done and the brakes are flushed.. should finish up tomorrow with this round of parts.
I guess up next is Steeda front sway bar, since I have already replaced the back.
Then QA1 Carbon Fiber Driveshaft
Thanks for the response.
Talking about the jam nuts on the center adjuster that modifies camber...
I torqued the frame mount bolt and knuckle bolt pretty easily to the specified torque specs.
The rear I finshed up late last night...
The rear calipers clear the 6GR 20X11 50mm rims.. but it is very very close to rubbing the spokes..
It was late so I didn't get any pictures yet or measure the distance. But it look very close to the spokes. There is no rubbing and wheel spins freely...
Okay finishing up the gt350r brake swap on my 2017 GT PP.
The front brakes clear my 6GR 20x10 35mm rims easily... no issues at all and look freaking great.
Hey, SteedaTech
Got my camber arms in and installed.
How do I torque the jam nuts to 120 ft lbs.. 1 1/4" and 1 3/8 crowfoot and torque wrench 90 degree I assume..
I had order both the wrenches in this size, as this is bigger than anything I have in my tool box. Along with a set of...
Few updates...
Fronts are done and fit perfectly with my 6GR 20x10 35mm rims.
Still have the back to finish up and then bleed the brakes and should be done with this around of mods.
Steeda brake lines, figured I would post some pictures of them as I haven't seen whole lot on them.
The...
Yes Sir, It definitely is for me... it helps me wind down and love it.. I get more enjoyment working on it then driving it.
I have few more parts here or on the way for the brake swap. I picked up a set of Steeda vertical link, Steeda Adjustable Camber arms and extended ARP wheel studs front...
I order a set of these yesterday to help out with the rear camber on my lowered Mustang. I figured I should just go ahead and throw set in as I was sitting a -2.0+ camber in the rear with my Ridetech coilovers and dont want to prematurely ware my rear tires out and also looking for great handling.
Rear knuckles pulled and new gt350 emergency brake lines installed.
Now just waiting on some more parts to come in this week. Should have it all done by next weeks offdays.
