  1. OLIVE 2018 GT

That color looks good on a Jeep. Sorry to be negative but I can't stand that color on a car. Good thing my opinion means jack squat :) If it makes you happy, all that matters.
  2. Worth installing long tubes without an aftermarket CAI?

My shop is full of stangs with big gains with LT's, catted or not. The best part of the LT gain is the average gain across the rpm range, which may very well only be an average of 8-10 rwhp/tq to 6k rpm, but at 7000 rpm for example, I had 25rwhp and 20rwtq gains. From 6k to 7k, it just widened...
  3. Those who had a 2017 and now a 2018 - whats it like?

My local dyno had an 18 auto at 390 and manual at 410rwhp SAE respectively. Dyno’s can vary, some are way happy, so are grumpy. In the end, the motor is what it is, not over or underrated. Only thing that matters is what you run at the track and high 11’s @118-119 is exceelnt for a stock car...
  4. Those who had a 2017 and now a 2018 - whats it like?

I do not own an 18, I have the 15 in my sig, but I drove a 10 speed auto today. It was a very basic package, 3.15 gears and I will say if I had a choice today, it would be an 18 with the auto hands down. Night and day from my 15 when it was stock. I loved the 10 speed auto, it pulled hard...
  5. Well I got rid of my '15 Mustang Premium....

Not my color but damn, it looks sexy on the car...very nice!
  6. Dyno results. Flex Lund

Graph says uncorrected, what were the corrected....such as SAE correction? Depending on several factors, your numbers could drastically. This is for comparison sake on a standard day.
  7. My 0-60 GT350 v 18 GT

Gotta love those 0-60 tracks....true staight line enthusiasts
  8. Holley iNTECH CAI hp & lb·ft claim

I agree with others, it looks good. I wonder what it would do with a tune.
  9. [?] '18 Intake Manifold on '15-'17

Correction factor of STD, correction of 0. Used to get high numbers...granted it is compared to the G350IM, I think better to see SAE corrected to 5. Just my .02.
  10. So, What's The Consensus On The 10 Speed

I would like to drive the new A10. The A6 in my 2015 was meh...until I had a Circle D 4c 3800 stall installed. It is a bit of a beast now but I miss banging gears as well. Funny how some folks relate standards, auto's or whatever to something like being cool :) I flew jets and props off...
  11. E85 reliability

Good to know for sure. I havent run this car, just busy with life unlike when I used to have my C6 and did the dyno, then track to back up claims. Closet track is am 1/8 mile about two hours away. I may get tires, DRs, along with my suspension mods and start runnuning my car when I move to...
  12. E85 reliability

My car, on a dynojet, made 453rwhp and 400rwtq SAE corrected. Granted, could be a happy dyno but Ive been using this shops dyno since day one with my car so at least I can see how mods work in this realm. My car is a 2015 GT auto with 3.55 gearing. Mods are a JLT, GT 350 IM, 1 3/4”...
  13. Bolt-On NA 2018 Mustang GT Blasts Out Over 500 RWHP

SAE corrected? Look where the dyno graph lines cross, not at 5252rpm. Might well be two lines added together I suppose but I think it's a happy dyno. Hopefully some track runs will shine some insight on the power it is making.
  14. Before and after E85 dyno tune...

After the install, I agree. I was lucky or unlucky, in that my stock converter failed, along with my transmission pump. So ended up replacing it with a Circle D...night and day difference in performance. Amazing.
  15. Before and after E85 dyno tune...

In addition, there is no track nearby. When I used to run my C6 Z51 Vetter, every mod I did was tracked. Some mods showed nice dyno gains with nothing at the track. One particular mod, an actual cai intake showed nothing on the dyno but consistent .2 and 3-4 mph at the track. That was the...
  16. Before and after E85 dyno tune...

There were a few, all looked the same, pre 85 tune. The peak was was 424 and 429 rwhp.....torque was around 385ish. So the peak gains aren't much but the gains throughout the curve are pretty good. I don't have injectors though, which at first my tuner advised against. However, he said he...
  17. Before and after E85 dyno tune...

Again, this could be a very happy dynojet. But I have used it since day one so I can at least see the gains on this dyno. Is your dyno a mustang dyno? Regardless, who knows how accurate this particular dyno is. The tuner is well known around here for his tunes and they do run their cars at...
  18. Before and after E85 dyno tune...

Yes, same mods but 93 octane.
