You would think Ford could give you a train # and allow you to track it yourself. I know Amtrak has real time tracking of their trains. I'm sure others have something similar.
What my dealer told me is that they build out a whole bunch of cars before the start shipping. They all get parked in a lot bumper to bumper with the earliest builds going in the lot first, then when they start shipping they can't get to the early builds until the newer ones are out of the lot...
I had been on the fence about whether I liked this years Highland Green when I saw the press releases. But the more I see videos of this thing, the more I love it.

I just contacted them myself. COTUS says EDD is 7/21. Performance chat said between 7/15 and 7/21.
I'm pretty sure in states where the front tag is required, the dealership is required to do it unless explicitly told not to by the customer. Sometimes they get around this by just sticking a temp one to the front bumper rather than drilling holes.
I'm tracking 2 bullitts now. Green one just finished production last night with an edd of 7/20. Black one starts production late July with an edd of 8/26.
It's interesting that they said 5th gear was 1:1. I've seen quite a few youtube videos with people saying that 4th was 1:1 on the 2018's, but I thought that sounded kind of strange.
