Hey guys,
Just thought I'd post this pic. This is how I finally decided to mount my plate. The white caps are probably for assembling furniture. I used nylon spacers to lift the plate off the bumper. I also put a layer of 3M film where the spacer sat on the bumper so even the paint there...
Can we get some better pics of the bracket and how it's mounted. I'd like to see where it's mounted to and how it's mounted.
Could you possibly take the plate mounting surface off the receiver part to take the pics?
Thx.

Hey Kyle. Also, I don't believe the GT350 badges on the side front fenders remove either. So don't get them to try that. Pretty sure they're attached with pins or something...it's just not double sided tack adhesive.
Hey, well, the story between these 2 companies is that XPEL and 3M are in a lawsuit because XPEL supposedly stole the technology from 3M. 3M doesn't release any products to the consumer which haven't been tested for 10 years; so XPEL took the tech and released it like 7 years before 3M. 3M's...
Differently how? It looks pretty awesome imo lol. You have the front plate bracket? Whyyyyy? I'm trying to figure out how to mount mine cause I don't want it...but I have front plates in Ontario (Canada)...
Cool. Weird that your dealer told you that. Afik, Ford wont contact you, they send a letter saying the parts are in (which I got 2 days ago), but apart from that they will never contact you again.
Burlington is a wee bit far haha. But good to know it went smoothly.
Ok so, I usually like doing most of this stuff myself because I don't trust these guys to put everything back properly. That said, I have an oil cooler recall on my R and I need to take it in.
Have any of you had experience with the service at the known GTA/Toronto dealers listed here...
Nice. I like it no stripes too, but not sure I could de-stripe my R...
Do you like your plate position? I wanna hang it there or in the middle...haven't decided because my plates are white with blue lettering so they'd kinda blend into the white stripes.
I have the one from CJ Pony Parts...
Ya, in low light it's kinda like the liquid blue which was seen on the autoshow cars in 2015. in overcast skies in looks cool then it's a different beast in sunlight. It's a great colour fellas

Kyle,
Did you get rid of your red one? The one with the blown motor?
I mean, obv blue is better...you won't find anyone disagreeing in this thread lol
