My deal is we are in the times of the almighty interwebs. People buying cars without spending 10 minutes researching consumables and other costs besides just the loan baffle me. Moral of the story, plenty of dense people out there with plenty of money š
I'd say everything you mentioned are legitimate reasons. The same thing happened with the GT350s after the first 12-16 months.
People hating the recaros ( their own fault)
People being surprised by the costs to own (insurance, gas, tires, also their own fault)

Like others....if I hit the lotto or somehow up my salary by 50% or something it's gone and I'm looking at an entire tier higher of vehicle (+$100K)
Multiple ifs here, but, IF they make the DH again for MY25, or an NA boss/shelby/cobra variant in MY25 or MY26, I'll likely look for a low miles...
Gotcha. Iāve seen as low as 19 at hot idle before, itās typically 22 or so. But even 200rpms would put that 19 over to mid 20s. And my high side was always fine. Sounds like you werenāt failed, but definitely on your way out with the oil pump. Best of luck!
Don't feel bad about "wasting their time". It's just part of the business. I would drop this one. Expand your search and look at a one way flight for a vehicle with a less sketchy history.
There' 2 2020s within 500 miles of me under 87K. One is a one owner, 16K miles, the other 3 owner 13K...
Did you have a low oil pressure warning? Or what were you calling low? Two failed tensioners at 79K seems premature but I could be wrong. Did they say anything about that?
I made a post on here but this top video....mine does that for about a minute on a cold start, then stops. Did yours have that constantly? Even when warm? Also, sorry about your recent luck.
Gen 2 or 3 Viper. Gen 4 would be sweet but uh.... one, if not two tax brackets out of my league š
Seriously though, there's a few decent mileage gen 2-3s dropping into the 70s now. Childhood dream time.
I'm pretty sure I talked to you when I had the 350. When first saturday was at the bookstore. You had mentioned something about a last minute swap, like you ordered one, then picked up another slightly different spec. IDK. Could very well be making that up.
I don't dislike FJG. I would've considered it if Yea, I didn't just have avalanche gray. The avalanche did not have any green in it like FJG does. Still pretty close colors. And that probably was mine with the car seat. That car is no longer around but another guy has a near identical car. He...
The resonator delete X pipes for these are pretty identical across the brands, except that the ford performance X pipe is 2.75" whereas the steeda for example, is 2.5".
There will be a very noticeable change in the tone/pitch of the car with a change to an x pipe. Higher pitch, louder, more...
Update on this. The noise can be best heard in the area I've circled. Towards the sides of the motor, and towards the back(windshield), it's less pronounced. To recap, dead silent for 20-30seconds after cold start, noise occurs, lasts 60-90 seconds, then is gone until car sits over night and is...
