Once it gets warmer I'll document the install. I still haven't figured out how I will mount yet. I have the headliner mount for the v1 and use a modified mount for the Redline. Seems like the space is tight above the mirror for a detector so we'll see. I like that mount but I already have the...
Overall I'm happy with mine and the clutch feels better without the spring. I am noticing the whine from time to time in 2nd and 3rd gear. Can't get it reliably make the noise to take to the dealer though. It's not too bad and I'm giving it time I'm only at 875 miles currently
With the resonator removed in the exhaust would that mean more drone on the highway. I'm kind of split between which of yours too order. I guess its my computer paired with youtube but I can't tell which is louder and if you can hear either in the cabin
I'm thinking the same. Seems like all the exhausts I've heard don't get into the cabin. Credit to Ford for quality but I'd rather hear exhaust than their sound symposer. I'm thinking of going with the MA performance resonated and adding a catted downpipe later if I still want more sound
Yeah I did a 12k lease with only first month due at signing. $340 after tax is nice. If you rolled the down payment in you'd still be under $400 a month
Definitely interested in the sound with the DP. I feel like I'm the only person not impressed with Stainless Works exhaust. I still think I'm going to go with a full catback because I'm not crazy about cutting the exhaust
That's a good price, I got mine for 30k with just negotiation. MSRP was 32,880 cause I added the premium sound package and nav. If you can afford the higher payment I'd only put down 1st month's payment and fees at delivery if you can. Doesn't make a lot of sense to put money down on the lease...
I like how loud it sounds but am interested in hearing more videos so I can get a feel on the tone. As soon as I get my catback and snow tires from my WRX sold I want to order one. Think its a toss up between the Roush, 1 of the Magnaflows, and Cobb when they release theirs. I agree the stock...
Any one have any other solutions for this? I've done two fill ups so far with the same pump. Oddly the first time no problems. The second time kept stopping. Finally clicked off at 13. something and I said I guess that's full (was a little below 1/4 tank). Hoping this isn't a common occurrence...
PA is a joke for speed enforcement. Only state troopers have radar, only have K band, and have to be stationary. V1 and Redline have saved me countless times. Still need to use common sense while using them though
I could have stretched for the base GT but coming from a WRX I decided I wanted a nicer interior as that was the main reason for wanting out of the WRX. I do miss the exhaust but a catback should take care of that. Being in a nicer interior with features was more important to me than power...
Eh I'm kind of unimpressed with the snow mode. I'm not having problems stopping or turning but can't get traction after a stop for a while. A set of snow tires instead of these all seasons should fix it next year but I'm just going to tough it out the rest of this winter
Meh MFT works for me. I don't really see the need to have all this phone stuff mirrored to the car. Bluetooth calls and stream audio are all I need from it. Hope they do some polishing on the UI cause I'm not feeling the look on the new one at all. Deff wouldn't have waited for this feature
I'm so used to hearing my wrx's exhaust in the cabin and the Mustang is way too quiet for me. For anyone who has an aftermarket exhaust can you comment on if you can hear the exhaust in the car or just the engine note still? For me I'd rather listen to the exhaust note
