No sir, Clay and wax alone will not remove swirls. You'll need to use polish and/or compound, depending on the severity. If it's light swirling, a simple 1-step polish with a DA should do the trick.

This actually doesn't look that bad. In fact, the more I look at it, the more I like it. I have black and the red interior and would definitely NOT rule this color wheel out. Nice job!

Definitely let your suspension settle. If the clicking noises don't go away by the time you're ready for an alignment (I also agree with 300 miles), perhaps call customer service??
