Check it out first. Itd be a waste to spend the cash you could get a PP for a generic package like the CS. Not to mention really dumbs down the looks of the 550 IMHO.
Search here in this forum. Someone posted on the CA. edition. I'd seriously take a look at it first. My personal opinion is it looks like a JC Whitney poster car..... The PP is a serious bargain if the extras are something you want.
That was what I was gonna do to be able to rotate. Some good deals on there on PP takeoff wheels and tires too. Unfortunately the offset on the rear wheels won't work on the front. Unless you wanted to run spacers up front. Which I'm not a fan of. My plan switched to just getting new...

Discussed in this forum a few days ago. There's more to it then springs, wheels and gears. And I dont see a bunch of people rushing out to throw away those PP parts (other than wheels).
Haha, this place filled with finiky tudes and would be the last I'd look for gratification/justification.
My time here, its low numbers the guys here that "get" a Mustang. A bang for the buck playcar. Mix personality DD, Autocrosser, trackday toy for some of us. A sideways countersteering...
Don't care how others feel about my GT anymore then you should care about others feelings towards your EB. Drive the shit outta it and enjoy it! You can't see what motor is under the hood from the driver seat....
Good luck. I have a car that's had my youngest car seat out of it for 5 to 6 yrs now. Cushions still have imprints from the car-seat and straps to this day.
This.
Looks cleaner solid color. The center grille and chin are just enough to break it up well. Though honestly for me, I wouldn't pay the extra $$$ to paint it. Just more area to eventually chip and look like crap in a yr or so, IMO.
I think you took my tone wrong in my post. I didnt have issues with the red car in the pic (the blingy gold blower was a little over the top IMHO), not my car. And show cars are meant to be in your face like that anyways. I wouldn't be surprised at all if those wheels came right off for the...
Haha, that was the one I was looking for. The funny thing is a guy here posted a thread on it titled something like, "Worlds best looking Mustang" or something like that. So definitely cars looks depends on who's eyes are looking.
Oh and like usual here... The whole thread was a bunch of...
Never considered a Mustang until the 6G IRS swap. Long time Subaru owner that sees AX and trackday duties in addition to DD. Had been waiting forever for Subaru to take the BRZ, slap the STI motor & trans ( while retaining RWD) Brembos, BBS with fat tires (yet no kid wings and tack on go fast...
Geez. There has been a zillion and half silly threads by guys on which mustang to buy, since the short time I've been here. Who buys these cars?
GT or EB or V6? Recarros or standard seats? PP or no PP? Auto or Manual? Base or Premium? Spoiler or delete? Gee what color Mustang does a...
That's alot of cash for a package that visually looks like a cheaper model. I'd have to take a second look for a 5.0 badge to think that's a GT. Spoiler looks like a tacky aftermarket add on. The blacked out mirrors and wheels don't help it out with trying to be an upgrade package. Im sure...
Good looking car IMO. Always hated those fake cooling duct slots in the sheet metal before the rear wheels, good to see they finally ditched those. Though not digging the crease in its place that looks like an extension of the bumper cover.
