There's a story out there where a corvette owner took his car in for a misfire, and they test drove it on the freeway at 187 MPH. He sued and won a LOT. I don't know a lot about how it works, but there's a law protecting you from this. If they "convert" your vehicle to personal use, you can...
Reading through this thread it's apparent that ya'll know more about this than I do. I just ordered new 20in wheel and tire package for my 2016 GT Convertible. Tires are 255 35/R20. I didn't think about spacers or anything. Am I about to have buyers remorse?

Personally, I've had mixed results with remote tuning. Minor mods to the car, CAI, headers with high flow cats and Rousch axel back exhausts are the only mods that would make a difference. I had it dyno tuned (93 octane) and I'm now getting 435 WHP. I would really suggest finding somebody...
I was having similar issues with my car. I finally gave up and took it to a great shop and they found that my cam phasers were the problem. While they were in there, they replaced the water pump and oil pump. Put it on the dyno and retuned and my car runs better than it ever has. It had...
We should be given a choice and we are not. EV's are not environmentally friendly nor are they environmentally neutral. Driving an EV doesn't mean you don't pollute, you just move your pollution somewhere else. The materials don't exist to build the number of batteries we need to supply...
My car is in the shop right now for other work and found out my water pump is just starting to leak. I would suggest spending the extra money and get all those wear parts replaced with better parts while you're in there. The parts will cost but all the labor will be cheaper if you get it all...
Appreciate the reply since I've been chasing this for a while. Mine is tuned through Palm Beach Dyno and I'm running the emissions friendly tune. Still have my cats as there's been no major exhaust changes, other than axel back. Only real big change was the 2018 manifold installed with IMRC...
2016 Mustang GT Premium Convertible. Feels good, feels like it runs good but has a strange engine bump that's random and is mostly present when cold. The engine will very briefly shudder when it makes the bump noise. No ping sounds, just a low thump kind of noise. Once I've driven it some...
Well, I bought at just the right time.
2016 Mustang GT Premium Convertible that was low enough mileage that it still had some factory warranty left on it (three years ago) and paid $25K.
Not a rental, no wrecks, clean history and one owner.
About $440 a month.
Chalk it up to a learning experience. I may be a glutton for punishment, but I bought a 2016 GT Premium Convertible in 2019 and it had some issues. (Running rough and shifting hard) I rather enjoyed working through everything and trying different fixes. Learned a lot about my car that way and...
I took the easy route. I bought the cluster as a package for my 2016 convertible and took it to a shop that has a LOT of experience with it. Completely installed and configured in about an hour. One of my favorite upgrades on this car.
