I don't care how much faster an automatic is than a manual, the day I drive an automatic sports car is the day I have to put my walker in the trunk. Who would ever want to lose that connection between the car and the road with a 6-speed??? To each their own I suppose.
I swapped out my rear deck lid this past weekend to get rid of that gaudy chrome GT emblem and, in the process, one of the plastic tabs broke off from the backside of the panel and fell down into the truck lid. Now I have an annoying vibration issue. Any suggestions on how to go about getting...
1.) So much easier said than done. I've worked so hard and have taken so many protective measures to keep my first mustang immaculate. Not only does this sting but it's also my first scratch(es).
2.) Okay thanks for your input. I'm thinking of starting with 2500 grit sandpaper and just wet...
Thanks for your input. I was actually swapping out the rear decklid with an MP Concepts one. When trying to pry the OEM one off, it popped off suddenly when I pulled the last tab. It happened so fast--flung out of my hands and was able to catch it before it hit the ground but not before...
+1. Was literally about to post something similar. Need to know if anyone in the Charlotte area as some connections to any of the bodyshops in the area to assess some scratches on my rear bumper.
So, I picked up 2 scratches over the weekend to my garage queen...makes me absolutely SICK. These are the first 2 imperfections I have on my Mustang. They're located on the rear plastic bumper. Wanted to see your thoughts on how to repair them as I have a couple of options. First, I...
This is the best news I've heard all day. And to think I was about to plasti dip. I just knew it was a matter of time before one of these companies released a badgeless decklid. Just placed my order...can't wait To install.
Best decision I ever made! Not sure about anyone else but I catch more eye-rolling and nasty looks from my wife the more she see's me doing something around it. She likes to remind me that, as a garage queen, this car is unnecessary and a waste of money. Can't really argue but I 100%...
Thanks, man! Too funny you should mention ECHO2. I was sent home with a "goodie bag" of detailing products and a bottle of that was included. I've been watching videos and reading reviews on it all morning and am stoked to use it. Gonna go pick up some spray bottles and...
Similar to this. Waited a looonnng time to purchase this car as my first mustang. Have always wanted one. Also, my first born daughter was born a month ago so I'm hoping that she will appreciate it someday and that it will be "our thing."
