According to the paperwork/contract, I am only paying tax on the difference. My car will not increase in value, Its only a 2013 2LT RS Camaro, they are a dime a dozen. I checked KBB, Edmunds and black book(customer one) not the one the dealers use and KBB was the highest.

Must be different in Oregon, but in New York, You would be lucky to get KBB full price, let alone a higher value.

I had the power recline in my g37 coupe. I actually think it's quicker with a manual recline. I would not care if the car had it or not. The one thing it had that I liked was a button on the passenger seat facing the driver, so the driver can move the passenger seat back and forth.
