you'll have to remove the front bumper in order to remove / replace the upper grille. Lethal performance has a good how to on their site for their grille delete grilles.
Pretty much done, added more glue last night and sanded it down today. Then finished with 400 grit sand paper. All I need now is to paint and install.
Debating if I should go ahead and open up the air inlet side for the intake or open up more of the honeycomb mesh.
Lethal's resonator delete kit is at $300 and also removes the flex pipe and all 2" piping from the neck down. which is why their's is more expensive then FRPP X pipe or MRT's H pipe which you can get for $240ish.
Don't have any problems now with the curvature. I stuck it in my oven at 300 degrees for 3-6 minutes before gluing and made slight adjustments to get everything aligned.
i bought this plastic epoxy from loctite. but need to do some research if i can use spot putty to help fill the rest...
I know! I can't give up now
glued up last night and did my initial sanding just now. Will need to add more glue or some spot putty. Also bought a can of duplicolor trim spray paint.
You would think. I got pulled over in college by a university cop and he couldn't even tell i was driving a civic.
My car is Black with matte black stripes and a metallic gunmetal pinstripe. more pictures in this thread.
I actually just worked on it. Did some rough trimming and was able to do a rough fitment. Still need to do some more sanding before I can glue it together.
