No there's not a dash bar, the S550 dash bar is pretty complex and intergated with the rest of the car so we decided to leave it alone. Its also pretty solid

I cant seem to find any pictures of how it routes through the rear decklid but it will clear your factory seats and you can fit a rear seat delete in with some trimming. Here are some pics of where it goes through the dash at.
