The main thing I'd be worried about with the diesel oil is that the problem additives are allegedly detergents, and diesel oils amy tend to be high detergent to deal with the soot problems. Just a thought, I'm no expert on motor erl.
The problem is that just climbing a small hill at highway speeds is "straining" the motor. 20% throttle can produce more than enough boost to operate in the LSPI region.
Rear gear ratio might be another way to avoid it. Time for those 3.73s. :D
In MA a muffler delete is completely illegal. I'd never get out of my driveway with it. I got several tickets for the bone stock exhaust on my EVO8. Had to show the court that the exhaust was indeed stock each time.
