That carthrottle bog is just one person's opinion. But debating world religions would be easier that debating if the Mustang is a pony car or a muscle car or both. I certainly wouldn't chastise someone for calling it a muscle car.
There are multiple reasons to limit the options for export vehicles. Another reason is your country may have restrictions such as each part or option needs to be tested or approved. But limiting the supply chain may be the primary one.
