Kids will be kids. Camaro, Dodge, Mustang.....Civic. I have seen morons in every vehicle ever made. Have you seen some of the morons on sport bikes? You just notice the Mustangs more because you own one.
Don't get too bunged up about it.
I cured my road rage by pretending everyone else on...
I ordered the combo and installed the short stick a day or so ago. I am going to do one thing at a time to see if I can quantify each upgrade on its own merits. I will do the bushing next and then the BG II fluid.
I need some more seat time with it but this short stick is working out great so...
No need to pull the fuse.
It took me a while to figure it out as well.
Here is how I do it. Push the traction control button. Screen will say "Traction control off". hit the button again and hold, screen will say "Traction control on", keep holding and a few seconds later it will say...
Got one coming. My V6 doesn't really need an MGW. If I had a GT it would be different.
This shift lever and bushing along with the BG II should be all I need.
Been real happy with the MT82 so far. This should ice the cake.
Charging higher rates to people who can not afford it is the exact opposite of common sense.
The government mandating insurance and then not regulating it or not mandating flat rate premiums across the board is highway robbery.
I am charged more for where I live? BS. I am charged more...
My daily driver is an 08 Grabber Orange V6 5 speed. I still get a kick out of it. I was driving a 94 Z28 when the 05 Mustang came out. In my head I was like "Holy **** Ford FINALLY got it right". I was waiting on the 2010 Camaro but when I saw the sticker price it was a paradigm shift for me. It...
I like the caliper covers. Much better looking than painting a lump of metal that the calipers themselves are.
I never understood the wheel spacers though. Do you guys know how much work we went to back in the day to get those wheels tucked inside the wheel wells? Now a freaking 275 fits...
Its already been said so I won't pile on.
If you are going to keep driving it like you stole it then pony up the cash for bulletproof parts.
I did the same thing with a mid 90s Camaro. It was not a daily but the rev limiter got a workout every time I drove it. After several transmission and...
I am waiting for the prices on the GTs to come down.
While I wait I got my Triple Yellow V6 manual for 19K with 69 miles on it.
It will be the daily driver while the GT sits in the garage.
I have a Grabber Orange V6 manual as the daily now.
Good thing I have friends with pickup...
I don't abuse it but its not a camry either.
My 94 Z28 went through 2 transmissions and 3 rear ends before I got fed up and had Carl Rossler build me a TH400 and Strange a 12 bolt. That car was only a full bolt on LT1 running about 330 horse.
Its nice that Ford put the same stuff from the GT...
2016 V6 manual.
Its not my daily driver so I like to have fun with it on the weekends. It does have PP wheels with 275 Firestone Firehawks. So it does have some tire under it. But if its the same drivetrain as in the GT (I know the ratios are different) then I should never be able to hurt it...
As one of the rare colors you would think I would not see many Triple Yellow around town but so far I have seen 3.
Going to have my Mishimoto overflow tank custom painted to match the car. Should be unique.
Got the PP wheels on. Firestone Firehawk tires.
Here is just a little real world info from my personal experience. I have an 08 Grabber Orange manual six cylinder. Its been my daily for 6 years now. Had 30k when I bought it and it now has 125K. I almost never downshift. I throw it in neutral and coast to a stop. Sometimes I will coast in high...
