You know, I’m not even sure anymore. I explained what i was told from the dealership. Ford had a representative look at the car before they agreed to replacement it. I could always go back and request the service documents but the car is not even mine anymore.

I live in Yulee and I have never been to the Avenues for this event. My son and I are going to go early and stay about an hour.

Also of note, there was another 17 Mustang in the shop that arrived before me that had the same issue. That owner is going through RAV also.

The first set were texted to me. The second round was taken by me when I was clearing things out of my car. That was when mechanic told me about the issue. Ford had already approved the RAV so I did not go into detail with the mechanic.

Had a BBQ tick sound and dealership alluded to a snapped rod. Short blocks were on back order and car was approaching 30 cumulative days in the shop so they gave me the option of waiting for the parts, buy back vehicle, or replace with another Ford. Thank you.
